Global Acceptance Credit Company is committed to a high level of customer service and satisfaction. The company maintains a department dedicated to the post sale support function. This department processes media requests, recourse and direct payments. Media Requests Media can be requested by completing the Media Request Form and may be submitted via email. Please review your specific contract for media terms and costs. When documentation is not available, a Media Affidavit can often be requested in place of documents. Recourse Under normal contract terms, GACC accepts as recoursable the following types of accounts: paid or settled priors, deceased, fraud, and discharged bankruptcies, all documented prior to the contract closing date. To process accounts for recourse, complete the Recourse Request Form and supply the supporting documentation for each account. Please refer to your contract for any specific terms. Direct Payments From time to time GACC receives payments directly from the debtor or from upstream sellers or originators for your purchased accounts.
